We receive many requests from customers outside of Tochigi Prefecture. We can sending to delivering the finished product via postal mail. Professional color matching services are available from anywhere in Japan.
Process
The process from inquiry to product delivery is as follows.
For sample matchings, we cannot ship samples by mail to ensure their safety.

From quotation to color matching
The process up to the start of color matching is the same as ordering using a color code.
For more details, please see "We'll create colors based on color code" under Services on the Home page.

Packing
We'll now pack the finished product after color matching is complete.
We pack items carefully while serving in-store guests, so shipping may take a few days.
If you're in a hurry, we recommend picking up your order from our shop directly.
