Order and Bank Transfer Guide
Placement of Order
STEP 1
Orders can be placed via our official LINE account or by phone. Please provide the manufacturer, color code, and the required amount. We will then provide you with a price quote. Should you require delivery, please inform us at the time of ordering. We will need your zip code, address, company name, and phone number. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Methods

In Cash
CASE 1
Please visit our store to settle the payment in person. For local customers, paying at the shop allows for a seamless transition to the manufacturing process. For those ordering from a distance, we recommend the bank transfer option detailed in Case 2.
Notification
STEP 3
Once the transfer is complete, please inform us via phone or our official LINE account. As we do not monitor bank balances in real-time, notifying us immediately allows us to move your order to the next stage more quickly.
Production
STEP 4
Once your order reaches the front of our queue, we will begin the custom color matching and mixing process based on your specific requirements.
Completion
STEP 5
We will contact you as soon as your custom paint is ready. Occasionally, customers who initially requested shipping find they will be in the area and choose to pick up their order instead. Therefore, when we notify you of completion, we will re-confirm whether you still require postage or would prefer to collect in person.

Please visit our store and provide your company name. We will verify the finished product with you to ensure it matches your order before handing it over.
